Our Product Development business unit is responsible for the development of leading edge products and services. The business unit is highly focused on Research and Development (R&D), constantly monitoring the latest developments in IT and software to ensure that our organisation is able to utilise information technology to meet the current and future needs of our clients, and to maintain our competitiveness. We have an entire team of programmers who are dedicated to the development of new products and system upgrade’s. CA Technology’s clearly defined R&D strategy is what drives the unit and the company.

Our help desk is manned by a team of specialists in our product. The help desk is open between business hours 8:30 am to 5:30 pm Monday to Friday and is the first point of contact for clients requiring assistance with CA Technology products. Also a responsibility of the unit is to ensure the quality and consistency of our products and services. The team works hard to ensure the products we deliver are of the highest quality and adhere to all the required standards.

The Sales and Marketing business unit is responsible for the sale of CA Technology’s products and services to our customers, staff and other stakeholders. One thing that makes us stand out from our competition is that our sales people have had many years experience, not only in consulting and IT, but many have held senior management positions in reputable organisations throughout Australia. The business unit offers a service with the added advantage of our Business Development Managers being involved from beginning to end - maintaining our client relations to ensure their satisfaction long after the sales process is complete.

The Corporate Services business unit is the backbone of CA Technology. Corporate Services are responsible for ensuring that all our services and activities operate safely and within occupational health and safety and environmental requirements. They provide accounting services, procurement/contract management, payroll and auditing services to the organisation. They manage recruitment services, employee relations, workforce planning, HR policy development, organisational development and training, as well as providing generalist HR advice to support the organisation’s various business operations. They are responsible for facilities management including the establishment and maintenance of long-term supply agreements with suppliers of a range of goods and services. The unit also process requests for tender and quotations (RFT/RFQ) for major projects.
